Accreditation

I went to go and get my accreditation the other day for the Olympics and also a special oyster card which lets me get free travel throughout the games. 

It also lets you get national rail trains around the London area to use a different alternative than the bus or the tube. 

My accreditation will be my bestfriend throughout the Olympics without it I will not be able to get through to the venue I am working in. I am working in the ExCel centre and I am also allowed to goto the IBC (International Broadcasting centre) This is where different broadcasting services from all around the world come to feed to their own countries mainly through the OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services).

So my accreditation is in some ways like this. For the venue access codes mine has the ExCel instead of 'All' but then I have 'IBC' and 'MPC'. This will allow me to access these venues IF I have my accreditation but IF NOT I can't get into any venues.

I also know what uniform we will be given too. I'm not sure when I have to get them as they haven't given us the dates yet but this is what the uniform looks like:
